Several non government organizations(NGO) protests against the organizer of the IT carnival which provide the contest for Ratu Cantik Pakaian Renang to be held at a shopping mall in Georgetown July 2011.

Source said, the Ratu Cantik contest has nothing to do with the IT exhibition. This contest is only a reason of the organizers to attract the attention of the public especially young people visiting the carnival.

“We support the organizers held an IT exibition that helps people be more tech savvy.

“But the Ratu Cantik competion in IT exibition may give a lot of negative impact on visitors.” source said.
